XIXth Century Art

A graduate of the Ecole du Louvre, specializing in "19th century art", Raphaël Gonzalez very quickly became the right arm of many highly reputed experts and then adviser to many auctioneers for the organization of public sales.

He opened his first art gallery in June 1994 located in the heart of the famous Flea Market in Paris.

Since then, the gallery has continued to research and bring to light the Bronzes, Marbles and Works of Art of the XIXth century as well as the Paintings of the most famous European Artists of the XIXth century chosen with rigor and selectivity on the origins as to the history and the state of conservation.

These works are then exhibited permanently within the Gallery in order to satisfy the requirements of an international clientele made up of Museum Curators, Private Collectors and International Merchants.
